There are a lot of resources available and they are an excellent way to carry out checks on potential investment opportunities along with our own in depth knowledge. We carry out all of the investigations ourselves and we provide our clients with a full summary of our research.
We personally view every property or site where the development exists or is going to be built. If the developer says that it is a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube or train station then we like to stand at the front door and take a walk and verify that it really does take 5 minutes. If the property description says that it’s located in a vibrant area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants we will ensure it does.
